What material is AMOÉ jewelry made of?

Our jewelry is made from high-quality stainless steel, which is gold-plated or silver-plated, as well as from elegant 925 sterling silver. Stainless steel is particularly durable, waterproof, tarnish-resistant, and hypoallergenic – ideal even for sensitive skin and everyday wear.

Jewelry made from 925 sterling silver impresses with its natural shine and high-quality craftsmanship. Silver is a noble, timeless material that, with proper care, will bring joy for many years and develops its own unique, beautiful radiance over time.

Is the jewelry waterproof?

Yes! Stainless steel jewelry is very robust and waterproof. You can shower, wash your hands, or sweat without the color changing. However, to keep the gold plating looking beautiful for as long as possible, we recommend avoiding strong contact with perfume, hairspray, or cleaning agents.

Jewelry made of 925 sterling silver is also high-quality, but more delicate than stainless steel. Ideally, it should be removed before showering, bathing, or exercising, as water, moisture, and cosmetics can affect its natural shine. With proper care, however, your silver jewelry will remain beautiful for many years.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Yes, all jewelry pieces are low in nickel and hypoallergenic. They are also suitable for sensitive skin.

Shipment

How quickly does AMOÉ ship?

We ship within 1–2 business days via Swiss Post. Delivery usually takes around 2 days.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free for orders over CHF 60.–. For orders under CHF 60.–, a shipping fee of CHF 7.– applies.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You have a voluntary 30-day return policy for unopened and unworn jewelry.

How exactly does a return process work?

Write us an email to info@amoe-jewelry.ch with:
– your order number
– a photo of the unopened item
We will send you a free return label. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will refund the amount or issue a voucher upon request.

What happens if my jewelry arrives damaged?

Then that's our responsibility. Please contact us within 5 days with a photo and your order number, and we'll take care of a replacement or a solution immediately.
