If you pause your subscription, no payment will be made and no shipment will take place during this time.
Once you're ready, you can reactivate your subscription in your customer account with one click – and your next shining moment will start exactly when you want it to.
Payment methods
Your subscription can be paid for using the following payment methods by default:

• Apple Pay
We know that not everyone owns a credit card – and that's perfectly okay.
Therefore, we also offer you the option of manually opening your subscription with us and paying conveniently via TWINT or payment slip.

We will personally register your subscription in the system for you and send you your invoice every month conveniently via TWINT or payment slip.
Monthly billing
Your subscription will be billed automatically once a month – always on the same calendar day on which you originally started your subscription.
Example:
If you start your subscription on the 12th of a month, the payment will also be debited on the 12th of each subsequent month.
The subscription fee will be automatically charged to your chosen payment method as long as your subscription is active.
