How does shipping work?

Your AMOÉ Mystery subscription will be sent between the 10th and 14th of each month.

For example, if you order by February 14th, your first delivery will be shipped that same month. Orders received after February 14th will be delivered in the next shipping cycle – between March 10th and 14th.

This gives us enough time to lovingly put together your jewelry selection, package it in high-quality materials, and prepare it perfectly for you.

What is the difference between gold-plated/silver-plated precious metal and costume jewelry?

Gold-plated or silver-plated stainless steel jewelry consists of a high-quality metal core that is finished with a layer of genuine gold or silver. This coating is durable, waterproof, and skin-friendly – ​​the jewelry won't tarnish and is suitable for everyday wear.

Costume jewelry, on the other hand, is usually made from inexpensive metal alloys that can tarnish, discolor, or stain the skin quickly. Furthermore, costume jewelry is often less durable and not designed for prolonged contact with water or skin.

Yes! Stainless steel jewelry is very robust and waterproof. You can shower, wash your hands, or sweat without the color changing. However, to keep the gold plating looking beautiful for as long as possible, we recommend avoiding strong contact with perfume, hairspray, or cleaning agents.

Jewelry made of 925 sterling silver is also high-quality, but more delicate than stainless steel. Ideally, it should be removed before showering, bathing, or exercising, as water, moisture, and cosmetics can affect its natural shine. With proper care, however, your silver jewelry will remain beautiful for many years.
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Does the jewelry tarnish?

Yes – all AMOÉ rings are adjustable. We deliberately chose this design so that our rings truly fit everyone and can be flexibly adjusted to your hand.

Thanks to the open design, you can easily adjust the ring size yourself – depending on your finger, how you feel on any given day, or how you want to wear it. This ensures your ring always fits comfortably without being too tight or slipping.
